All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared for shipping or picked up. We ensure that all orders are shipped with the utmost care. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the delivery schedule. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the carrier.

For non-perishable goods such as grilling accessories or merchandise, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. Claims for such issues must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders for perishable items cannot be canceled once they are prepared for pick up. For non-perishable items, cancellations may be accommodated if the request is made before the order is picked up.
